1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the GoldenReefTables website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GoldenReefTables ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to use GoldenReefTables:

You are not prohibited from accessing or using the Service under any applicable law or regulation.
You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where social gaming is lawful.
You have not been previously banned or suspended from GoldenReefTables.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate any account that cannot satisfy these eligibility requirements. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met.

3. Virtual Currency

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Golden Coins are the sole form of currency used on GoldenReefTables. Golden Coins are a virtual, in-game currency only. They have no real-money value whatsoever and are not legal tender, currency, or a financial instrument of any kind. Specifically:

Golden Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or converted into real money, bank transfers, gift cards, merchandise, or any other item of real-world value.
Golden Coins cannot be transferred between user accounts.
Purchases of Golden Coins are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may adjust, modify, or discontinue Golden Coins at any time, and you have no property right, title, or interest in any virtual currency balance.
GoldenReefTables is not a gambling platform, does not offer real-money wagering, and is not licensed as a gambling operator.

Success in social games does not imply or predict future success in real-money gambling.

4. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials and not share them with any third party.
Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, sounds, and software — are the exclusive property of GoldenReefTables or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and any accumulated virtual currency or progress is forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased Golden Coins except where required by applicable law.

Sections 7, 8, 9, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
