Community Guidelines

1. Respect & Inclusion

GoldenReefTables is a community for adults of all backgrounds, identities, and skill levels. Every player deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We celebrate diversity and actively maintain an environment free from discrimination, prejudice, and exclusion.

Do not target or demean other players based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other personal characteristic. Hateful language, slurs, and derogatory content of any kind are strictly prohibited. If you witness discriminatory behaviour, please report it immediately so our moderation team can act.

2. Fair Play

The integrity of every game is paramount. All players must compete honestly and in the spirit intended by the game rules. The following conduct undermines fair play and is forbidden on GoldenReefTables:

• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to our support team rather than exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results, share strategies in real time during competitive play, or otherwise undermine the randomness of outcomes.
• Intentionally disrupting other players' sessions through repeated disconnections, stalling, or any other means.

All game outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by GoldenReefTables staff or by players.

3. Communication Standards

In-game chat and any community features are spaces for friendly, constructive interaction. Keep conversations positive and on-topic. The following are not acceptable in any communication on our platform:

• Threats, intimidation, or harassment directed at any player or staff member.
• Excessive use of profanity or obscene language.
• Spamming, flooding the chat with repeated messages, or using all-caps excessively.
• Unsolicited advertising, promotional messages, referral links, or solicitations of any kind.
• Sharing or soliciting personal contact information (phone numbers, addresses, social media handles) in public chat.
• Impersonating GoldenReefTables staff, moderators, or other players.

Our moderation team monitors community spaces and may edit, remove, or act on any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

4. No Real Money Discussion

GoldenReefTables is a social gaming platform. All currency on the platform is virtual and has no real-world monetary value. Accordingly, any discussion that implies, promotes, or facilitates real-money exchange is strictly forbidden. This includes:

• Offering to buy, sell, or trade virtual coins or account access for real money or any item of value.
• Advertising or linking to real-money gambling websites, sportsbooks, or financial platforms.
• Claiming or implying that virtual coins can be redeemed for cash, prizes, or any real-world reward.
• Coordinating any activity designed to extract monetary benefit from the platform.

These activities violate our Terms of Service and may also be illegal in certain jurisdictions. Accounts found engaging in such conduct will be permanently suspended.

5. Content Policy

Any content you share within GoldenReefTables — including usernames, profile images, chat messages, and any user-submitted material — must comply with the following standards:

• Content must not be sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive.
• Content must not depict or promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
• Content must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Content must not contain personal data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
• Usernames that are offensive, impersonating, or designed to mislead other players are not permitted.

We reserve the right to remove any content and take account action if these standards are not met.

6. Account Integrity

Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, accumulate bonus coins, or gain any other advantage is a serious violation of our Terms of Service. Additional requirements for account integrity include:

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with others.
• Do not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with any other player's account.
• Do not share, gift, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and if contacted by support. Accounts created with false information are subject to immediate termination.

7. Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help keep GoldenReefTables a safe and enjoyable place. If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it using one of the following methods:

• In-game report: Use the flag icon next to any player's name or message to submit a report directly through the platform.
• Support form: Visit our Contact page and select "Report a Player" as the subject. Include as much detail as possible, such as the username, date, and a description of the incident.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We treat reports confidentially and will not disclose the identity of the reporting player. Submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these guidelines.
